“Undulating Tintzy”

A drop in the bucket.

Water under the bridge.

The past moves past us.

What will be, now is.

Fleeting moments seem binding,

But upon further review,

The watch keeps on winding,

Despite me and you.

Grab the second hand fast.

Start spinning the ride.

Soon no sand will be left,

In the egg timer’s top side.

Focus on present,

Not future and past.

The only true moment,

Escapes us too fast.

Time marches on.

A river traveling to sea.

Life’s fluid moments,

Undulating tintzy.
