“And All The Candy Did”

“Three Musketeers” ©️Lissette Alvarado 2018

“And All The Candy Did”

And, all the candy did end up in happy bags.

Dragged along the path.

Up sets of stairs,

And down sets of stairs.

The crackling of neon light sticks,

Provided halos of magic.

Droves of kids,

Driving down upon patient distributors.

Guessing each costume, wrongly, but within a spirited tone.

Cranky minutes accumulated.

The need to pee, governs most decisions.

Home for the victory dance.

Divvying up the spoils.

Comparing.

Full sized bars leaving quite the impression.

Another night of tricks and treats enjoyed.

Boo!
